Unprecedented Times call for Innovative Measures

In the coming days and weeks, I anticipate that we will be experiencing things that we've not encountered before in our life-times. Things that are beyond our ability to anticipate and at times, perhaps comprehend. And as such, maintaining our support systems & stepping up self-care is as important now, as ever.

As I watch this situation around us unfold, I anticipate that it won't be long until Denver follows "shelter in place" measures similar to San Francisco, The Netherlands, Italy, Spain, France, China, Ireland, & Peru. In anticipation of these measures, I am developing avenues to continue being a resources for healing & support for my clients.

Last week, the karate dojo where my family & I train, made the difficult decision to close their physical doors and move our classes online. While I could not initially comprehend how this would work, the tremendous support I've received through maintaining consistent community & training, even in an unconventional manner, has given me more strength than I could have imagined. Through this amazing experience I've had the honor to train alongside students from all over the world. A possibility that didn't exist a week ago.

Inspired by my Sensei's innovation and ability to patiently find a way forward, I would like to offer new opportunities for healing & support to the clients in my community as well. Moving forward, until the COVID-19 situation is under control, I will no longer be offering in-person treatments - with the exception of babies experiencing immediate feeding challenges. For everyone else, please look into the following options as on-going resources for healing and support over the weeks to come.

CLASSES & GROUPS
Starting this week, Infant Movement Group & Qi Gong Moon Flow will be offered online through Zoom. This is a new platform for us but I am excited to stay in touch and support each other as a community during this time. It is my hope that by making these classes available online, we can stay healthy, connected & grounded, while continuing to heal and strengthen as a community.
